Refund Policy

Every Jara Kits kit is a digital download, delivered free to your email as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipping.

Digital downloads are final

Because a downloaded file can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once your download links have been sent. Please read each kit's description and "What's inside" list before you buy.

When we will fix it or refund you

• Your download doesn't work or a file won't open: we send you a working copy.
• You received the wrong kit: we send the right one.
• You were charged twice for the same order: we refund the extra payment.
• You paid but never received your email and we can't deliver the files: we refund you in full.

How to ask for help

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase by email at support@jarakits.com.ng or on WhatsApp. Include your payment reference (it's in your receipt email) and tell us what went wrong.

We reply within 1 working day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paystack and usually arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Bundle orders

If one kit in a bundle has a problem, we fix or replace that kit. Bundle discounts are applied to the whole order, so partial refunds are worked out on the discounted price you paid.
