Privacy Policy

Jara Kits (jarakits.com.ng) sells digital kits to customers in Nigeria. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, the kits you bought, the amount paid and the payment reference. We use this to deliver your downloads, send your receipt and help you if something goes wrong.
- Payments: handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card details, bank login or PIN. Paystack's own privacy policy applies to the payment.
- Affiliates: your name, email, phone number and bank details for paying commissions.
- On your device: your cart, the referral code you arrived with, and your name and email for faster checkout are saved in your browser's local storage. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
How we use it
- To deliver your kits, send receipts and download links, and provide support.
- To pay affiliate commissions and prevent fraud.
- To keep records required for accounting and the law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Paystack to process payments.
- Brevo to send receipt and download emails.
- Our web host, which stores the website and order records.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
Advertising and cookies
We show ads from Google AdSense on some pages (never in the cart or checkout). Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also visit aboutads.info to opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal purposes. Download links expire after 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email support@jarakits.com.ng and we will respond within 30 days. Some records (such as payment records) may need to be kept by law.
Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS), private storage for order data and signed, expiring download links. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account safe.
Children
Our kits are sold to adults. Parents and guardians buy children's kits on their behalf.
