How do I get my kit after paying?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll see download buttons on screen and we email the same links with your receipt. Check your spam or Promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Can I pay with bank transfer?
Yes. At checkout, choose "Pay with Transfer". Paystack gives you an account number to send the exact amount to, and confirms it automatically, usually in under a minute.
Can I open the files on my phone?
Yes. PDFs open in any phone browser. Excel files work in the free Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel app. Word files work in Google Docs or Microsoft Word.
What if my download link doesn't work?
Message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference (it's in your email) and we'll send you the file directly.
